1. About ApporaX

ApporaX is an independent mobile app and game studio based in India, registered as a sole proprietorship. We create and self-publish our own mobile apps and games on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We do not provide development services to external clients. All products under the ApporaX name are our own intellectual property.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or downloading and using any ApporaX application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent if required by your jurisdiction), that you have read these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please stop using our website and uninstall our apps.

3. Use of Our Website

You may use apporax.com for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt unauthorized access to our servers or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest website content without written consent
• Upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or harmful content through any contact channel
• Impersonate ApporaX or any of its representatives
• Interfere with the normal operation of this website

4. Use of Our Mobile Applications

When you download and use an ApporaX app, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any app or its components
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to extract source code, assets, or proprietary data from the app
• Use hacks, cheats, bots, or automation tools in our games
• Circumvent any licensing, payment, or access controls in the app

Use of our apps is also subject to the Google Play Store Terms of Service or Apple App Store terms, as applicable. We may update, modify, or discontinue any app at any time without prior notice.

5. In-App Purchases

Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., premium features, virtual currency, or ad removal). All purchases are:

• Processed through Google Play or Apple App Store — we do not directly handle payment information
• Non-refundable unless required by Google Play or Apple's refund policies
• Non-transferable between accounts or devices
• Subject to the purchasing platform's terms of service

For refund requests, please use the platform's official refund process (Google Play Help or Apple Support).

6. Advertisements

Some free ApporaX apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob. We have no control over the specific ads displayed and are not responsible for their content. Ad preferences can be managed through your device's advertising settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, app names, source code, game assets, characters, story elements, music, and other materials associated with ApporaX and its published apps are the exclusive intellectual property of ApporaX, protected under Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957) and applicable international treaties.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ApporaX content without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

The name "ApporaX", its logo, and app names (such as MindEase, SpendSmart, Shadow Realm, StarBlast, VaultNote, WordPulse) are proprietary to ApporaX.

8. User-Generated Content

Some apps may allow users to submit content (e.g., feedback, usernames, or in-app content). By submitting content, you grant ApporaX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely in connection with operating the app. You confirm that your submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That our apps or website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs
• That any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe
• That the apps will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions
• That game content (levels, features, items) will remain available indefinitely

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ApporaX shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, progress, virtual items, or in-app purchases resulting from app updates or discontinuation
• Losses arising from your reliance on app content or information
• Interruption or unavailability of app services

Our total maximum liability to you shall not exceed INR 1,000 or the amount paid by you for the relevant app in the past 12 months, whichever is higher.

11. App Discontinuation

As an independent studio, we reserve the right to discontinue, archive, or remove any of our apps from app stores at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice where possible, but are not obligated to maintain any app indefinitely. We are not liable for loss of access to purchased content in discontinued apps beyond what platform refund policies require.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website and apps may link to or integrate third-party services (Google Play, Firebase, AdMob, Unity). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or reliability of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Copyright Act, 1957. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India. 14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or apps after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
